Return & Exchange Policy

You may request a return or exchange within 3 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible:

  • The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition.
  • All original tags must be attached.
  • The item must be returned in its original packaging.
  • Proof of purchase or order confirmation is required.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us within 3 days so we can resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Exchanges

Once your exchange request is approved, we will guide you through the process. Exchange requests are subject to product availability.

Refunds

After we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.

If approved, your refund will be processed through your original payment method within 10 business days. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
